Angus Smith
Angus Smith grew up in a lumber manufacturing and construction family on the West Coast of Scotland. It was here that he learned the value of hard work and integrity.
At the age of 24 he moved to the United States and for 7 years worked in residential framing. Angus worked his way up the ranks from laborer to a position of leadership, giving him a thorough grounding and knowledge on every phase of residential construction.
In 1992 he obtained his general contractor’s license and has guided the company to consistent growth. In this time he has participated in many construction and construction management related classes and courses to further enhance his practical experience. Angus Smith Construction is a member of IICRC and N.A.R.I., the prestigious remodeling group; he was recently elected vice president of the Southern California Chapter.
His ability to lead has resulted in a company with long-term employees who share the same values and are committed to maintain the standards, which have made Angus Smith Construction an industry leader in quality and professionalism.
