It is with great pleasure to make public our feelings toward Angus Smith Construction. This company was hired in 2019 by the Mona Lisa HOA to repair and renovate our Long Beach condominium complex located at 2767 East 3rd Street. Reconstruction of our cantilevered balconies and damaged roof components were intricate and challenging. Angus led a cohesive team which resulted in contracted work being done on time and exceeding our quality and efficiency expectation. Homeowner issues and City Building Department issues were handled professionally with care and attention to detail. Our condominium complex benefitted greatly from Angus Smith Constructions’ core values of integrity and commitment to excellence.
