Fire damaged roof at rear of unit

Fire damaged rafters, attic framing and upstairs ceiling joists at rear of unit

Structural roof beam and rafters that have been well toasted by fire

Damaged roofing and trusses removed at rear to expose second story wall framing

Scaffolding erected at side of building - demolition / removal of damaged roofing, roof, wall and floor framing

Further demolition of damaged components

Cleaning wood floor joists that were blackened by smoke - structural integrity still in tact

Smoke / soot removal from second floor wall framing

New subfloor plywood sheathing being installed prior to wall framing at upper bathroom

New wall framing for upstairs shower / bathroom

New rafter framing being installed at rear

Rafter framing installed at front of unit

Plywood roof sheathing being installed

Roof sheathing install completed - T1-11 siding at side of unit being installed

New wall and floor framing installed to accommodate new furnace in attic

Fascia, trim and siding installation

New windows being installed at front

Ready for roofing installation

Roofing installed and painting completed - done !
