Column foundation slippage and movement at front of property

Demolition of damaged adjacent patio

Grade below patio exposed

Shoring being installed at entry porch roof

Hydraulic jack to raise roof - roof raised to accommodate support column / footing re-alignment

Excavation at footing completed and ready for re-alignment

Mechanical strapping installed at footing - footing and column being pulled into correct re-aligned position

Commencement of re-bar installation at repaired section of patio and new expanded footing

Forms in place and re-bar doweled into existing footing / slab

Commencement of concrete pour at new enlarged footing and patio slab

Mechanical strapping ( yellow bands ) served the purpose of moving footing / column and now keeping it in place until new concrete has cured

New concrete cured and mechanical banding removed - commencement of brick overlay install

Brick overlay completed and ready for grout

Grout installed - Footing Strengthened - Column Plumb .................... JOB DONE !
