Siding removal to accommodate existing patio slider removal

Drywall removal at interior prior to slider removal

Existing tile floor being cut to accommodate a new wider frame

New framing being installed at interior to accommodate new slider

Framing completed and subfloor shimmed to level uneven existing subfloor prior to pan flashing install

Custom made pan flashing tailored on site for an exact fit. This very important detail will keep water out.

New La Cantina Door arriving in style !

La Cantna door being assembled on site. Edge nailing fins being applied

Moistop flashing applied at each side and new frame and threshold installed

Pan flashing, floor to wall L flashing and moistsop flashing come together beautifully to ensure water will be kept out

Some heavy lifting to install new doors in this oversize opening.

La Cantina slider threshold extender installed. Beautiful feature to minimize elevation change from interior to exterior.

Drywall texture installed on new drywall to match existing / adjacent drywall
