Metal post base brackets disintegrated

New decay resistant post base brackets and railing posts

Moiststop flashing installed to protect adjacent home subfloor framing

New pressure treated railing posts and floor ledger installed and bolted

New weep screed flashing, threshold counter flashing, floor to wall flashing and stucco lath installed. These components incredibly important to keep water out of home and increase deck longevity

Z bar flashing lapped under moistop flashing at ledger. Keeping water out and tidy stucco termination

New plaster / stucco install under slider

Pressure treated floor joists installed

Appearance grade resawn trim install at support posts

Adjacent decayed wing wall trim and fascia above being replaced with moistop behind

Trex composite decking installation

Decking and railing support framing installed

Beautifull Trex select decking, ‘malted barley ‘blending beautifully ‘with its surroundings

Railing pickets being fastened with screws. New fascia and wing wall trim being painted

Pressure treated underside on new deck with joists at 16” on center

New deck exterior completed and blending beautifully into the rustic Turtle Rock Community
