New pressure treated bottom plate framing bolted to existing foundation. Plumbing sewer line corrected

New wall framing members and gas line installed

New interior structural plywood (shear panel installed)

Framing, gas line, gas meter, electrical and sewer line components corrected

Diligent / perceptive plumbing team identified plumbing correction necessity higher in wall. Necessary demo done to accommodate correction

Weep screed flashing and plaster wire installed

Plaster lath paper being installed and lapped correctly with existing building papers

Paper lath and chicken wire installed

Interior drywall installed

Tape and mud installed

Interior drywall patch back completed

Plaster scratch coat being installed

Plaster brown coat being installed – second coat

Brown coat installed

Stucco coat applied and blending beautifully with existing adjacent stucco texture

Adjacent access gate damaged in auto collision

Metal gate frame removed and straightened

New HOA conforming siding installed at gate location- Eduardo will be happy!
