May 2026 – Siding Replacement for Single Family Home in Mission Viejo

Existing Masonite siding prior to job commencement

Building paper removed and moistop flashing at existing window revealed and in poor condition

New building paper and moistop flashing installed at window location

Sealants applied at window edge and incorporated into secondary drainage barriers

Scaffolding installed to accommodate replacement at higher levels

Going up!

Siding replaced to agreed level. Boards under eaves in good condition and not in need of replacement at this time.

Siding and trim installed, scaffolding being dismantled

Scaffolding removed and job site cleaned. New siding blending beautifully with existing

New siding being incorporated into a larger exterior home painting project

Job done – beautiful replacement upgrade to home exterior.
