Existing foundation tied in with rebar. Separating and removing is no easy task

Existing foundation stem remvoed and holes being drilled to accommodate new dowelled rods

After deputy inspection, dowelled holes filled with ‘ Two Part High Strength Epoxy Anchoring Adhesive ‘

Anchoring rods being installed into epoxy filled holes

Exterior concrete forms installed at left side of garage

Horizontal rebar tied to dowelled anchoring rods set in epoxy at front left side of garage. Rebar with epoxy coating to minimize future corrosion

Concrete adhesive being applied to strengthen bond of new to existing concrete

Concrete installation

Concrete form removed and finishing process being done

Beautiful new concrete foundation stem finished with edge bevel. Anchor rods plated and top nuts tightened

Exterior concrete forms removed

Galvanized stucco weep screed installation

New building paper and stucco lath installed

First coat of plaster / scratch coat installed at right side of garage

Second coat of plaster / brown coat installed at left front of garage

Finish stucco coat being applied

Stucco coat applied with knock down texture at left front of garage

Stucco coat applied with knock down texture at right side of garage

Stucco coat applied with knock down texture at left side of garage

Primer application at new stucco

Drywall being installed inside garage

Drywall hung, taped and mud application done at right side
