New fascia installed and guttering installed with edge flashing lapped correctly into gutter. Edge flashing before diverted water behind gutter and contributed to water intrusion problems

New fabricated scupper about to be installed. Previous decayed scupper made major contribution to water intrusion and wood framing decay

Waterproof plaster paper being installed at exterior

Upper balcony with new scupper installed, plaster / stucco / painting completed Balcony floor waterproofing patched, power washed and resealed

Guttering system corrected and job completed at rear !
