New plywood, new framing to correct floor slope, new scupper

New floor to wall metal flashing at scupper location

New door threshold flashing and balcony floor to wall flashing

Bituthene wrap at plywood joints and staple lath installed to accommodate waterproofing cement

Same at scupper location

New pvc pipe connecting floor scupper to exterior drainage egress

New drainage egress bracket and new gutter collection at exterior of unit

First coat of Westcoat waterproofing cement being applied

Second coat of cement being applied

Masking installed in preparation for texture application

Cementous texture applied on top of (2) cement coats

First coat of Westcoat waterproofing color sealer being applied

Second coat of waterproofing sealer being applied

Water egress and collection components painted / finished at building exterior

Interior drywall corrections completed at interior

Beautiful Westcoat water proofing system installed – scupper location
